What’s Hot in Barcelona

As a modern and popular city, Barcelona is constantly evolving, with new features cropping up all the time. Below are some of the hottest things in Barcelona at the moment.

Grand Hotel Central
In a city where there are already so many hotels, it takes something special to set tongues wagging. However, this fantastic recent development on the Vía Laietana certainly falls into that category, despite its apparently uninspiring location. The location, only a few metres from the cathedral, is privileged to say the least, whilst people cannot get enough of the rooftop pool.

What's Hot in Barcelona, Spain.

Jamonisimo
This is a popular restaurant at the moment with locals and tourists alike as it has a reputation for serving some of the best meat in the country. The ham in particular is highly sought after as it is from pigs which have been raised in the highest standard in the Spanish countryside. I would highly recommend trying a taster plate, this might cost you a bit but it is one of those things that you just have to do in life.

Picasso Museum
This may not be a new attraction in the city, but it is so good that it never goes out of fashion. Barcelona has a quite amazing art scene, and this museum is quite simply the best of them all. The buildings in which the museum is located are worth the visit alone, but of course the huge collection of this world renowned artists are the main attraction and should certainly be experienced. More on the Picasso Museum.

Barcelona Burlesque classes -  This is the latest event added by Barcelona Adventure to the list of activities possible in the city. This tends to be a lot of fun especially for hen parties and female groups. It is unsurprisingly not so popular with male groups.
